Client work is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work, which take precedence over these terms for that work.

The branding, text and design of this website belong to Shpatik SRL. For client engagements, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the applicable agreement, while we retain our pre-existing and reusable background tools and know-how.

5. Confidentiality

We treat information you share about your project as confidential and will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request before you disclose anything sensitive.

6. No warranty on website content

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, accurate or error-free.
